AI Engineer Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing AI-driven solutions to set new benchmarks for the global real estate industry, and pushing forward the digital real estate revolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI systems that leverage our specialized industrial data to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a robust service infrastructure that enables seamless integration of our different AI capabilities with internal applications.
2. Design and build AI agents with fundamental large model by feeding, fine-tuning, aligning it with our specialized industrial data
3. Developing specialized, vertical in-house small-scale models for internal specific using scenarios.
4. Design and implement a robust data collection infrastructure to gather, store, and process data from various sources.
5. Refine our datasets to improve data quality and relevance, and develop strategies for data augmentation.
6. Participate and involve in the shaping of the company's AI development strategy and direction
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in the industry.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go or Ruby.
4. Deep understanding of large-scale data processing, and AI model optimization techniques.
5. Experience with AI model development, including fine-tuning, and alignment with specific data sets.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
